  Organize safety training sessions for working in hot conditions for workers. They need to be equipped with knowledge on how to recognize and handle symptoms of heatstroke and heat exhaustion. Encourage workers to protect themselves by wearing hats, sun-protective clothing, and drinking water regularly.
